The math

A personal trainer easily runs 40 to 70 euro a session. Twice a week is 300 to 500 euro a month, and that is just the training. With me you get the full picture, training, nutrition, a weekly review and daily accountability, for less than a couple of those sessions.

  • A founding price that stays locked for as long as you stay. The regular price goes up, yours does not.
  • One of only 5 spots at this rate. I coach everyone myself, so after five the founding price closes and the rest pay 299.

How it works

Why not just an app?

An app gives you a plan and forgets about you. ChatGPT gives advice and never checks if you did it. I do the opposite. I watch your week, I adjust, and I am a real person you can message. That is the whole point.

Is this really 1-on-1?

Yes. One coach, me, a small group. Not a library of videos.

I am a beginner, is that ok?

Especially then. I meet you where you are and build it up calmly.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any month. No lock-in beyond the month you are in.
