• Workout data — exercise logs, sets, reps, weights, and progress photos you submit within the App.
• Messages — text messages exchanged between you and your coach through the in-app chat.

Your data is used solely to provide coaching functionality:

• Delivering personalised workout programmes
• Tracking your fitness progress over time
• Enabling direct communication with your coach
• Sending important account notifications (e.g. password resets)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. Your information is only accessible to you and your assigned coach. We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

• Expo / EAS — for app updates and build distribution
• Resend — for transactional emails (password reset, invitations)

These services process data only as necessary to provide their functionality and are bound by their own privacy policies.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us and we will process your request within 30 days.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
