We don't keep your dilemma.

Tell Me has no accounts and no database. What you type is sent to our server only to generate the questions and the advice, and is not written down anywhere on our side. When you close the page, it's gone.

To write the answers we use Claude, a language model made by Anthropic. Your dilemma and your answers are sent to Anthropic's API for that purpose. Anthropic's API terms apply to that request in transit; they do not train on API data.

In the iPhone app you can keep earlier cards. Those are stored on your phone only, in the app's own storage, and you can delete each one. They never reach us. The optional two-week check-in is a reminder your phone schedules for itself; no server is involved. A picture of a card is drawn on your device and only goes where you send it.

We use no analytics, no cookies, no tracking. The only thing our server remembers, for about an hour, is how many requests came from your network address, so nobody can run up the bill.

The advice is written by an AI. It is one friend's view, not the truth, and not a substitute for talking to the people in your life or, when it's serious, to a professional.
