I am Nigel. No coaching factory, no generic templates from an app. I guide a small group of people personally: your training plan, your nutrition plan, my eyes on your progress every week. The app I built for it goes live soon.
The first group starts as founding members. That means:
- A locked founding price that stays that way for good, even when the regular price goes up later.
- A spot in a deliberately small group, because I coach everyone myself and that does not work with hundreds of people.
- Me, personally: a direct line, no helpdesk.
For comparison: a personal trainer easily costs 300 to 500 euro per month for two sessions a week, without nutrition guidance. With me you get your complete program, nutrition, a weekly personal review and daily accountability for less than a couple of PT sessions.
