How do I get access to the app?
The by Nigel app is available for active coaching clients. Once you start a coaching programme, your coach will send you an invitation with login details. You can download the app from the App Store.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
My workouts are not loading. What should I do?
Make sure you have an active internet connection and try pulling down to refresh. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app. If it still doesn't work, contact us at info@bynigel.fit.
Can I use the app on Android?
The app is currently available for iOS only. An Android version may be considered in the future.
How do I update the app?
The app updates automatically in the background. For major updates, you may need to update through the App Store. Make sure automatic updates are enabled in your device settings.
How do I cancel my coaching subscription?
Contact your coach directly via the in-app chat or send an email to info@bynigel.fit. Your account and data will remain accessible until the end of your current billing period.
How is my data handled?
