In January 2026 I landed in Bali with one suitcase, knowing nobody. One way ticket. The brave part was not the flight. It was the months of doubt before it.
I rebuilt the days first. Training at sunrise, walks at golden hour, work in between. Discipline got easier the moment the life around it was designed for it.
Then I built the tool I wished existed: one app where my coaching actually lives. I built it myself, and everything that comes out of it still passes through me personally.
